A long time ago in an old village there lived some villagers. There was a deadly creature who was a Saber Tooth tiger. It was searching for some people to eat. The saber tooth tiger found two people. It was so deadly that it ate the two people. Then it was running away from three.Then the three people killed the saber tooth tiger. The villagers never saw any deadly creatures ever again.

That really stinks.


Sam took his sister’s phone and hid in the bathroom. Sam downloaded the app. He kept pressing the button and it kept making farting noises. He thought it was so funny and that he was cool. A toilet monster took the smartphone. Sam flushed himself down the toilet and chased the monster on the alligator to the monster’s cave. Sam hid behind a rock in the monster’s cave. Sam saw there were five more monsters. The big monster started to talk to his friends. Saying “Hey, I stole a phone from a little boy. Let’s see what it does.” The big monster used his long tentacles to push the buttons. The phone made fart noises. Then Sam was thinking of a plan to get back his sister’s phone.. Sam made a diversion and grabbed the phone.

Recount

Yesterday my family went to the beach and first we played games. We played hide and go seek. I was in with Sifa and my little brother and the others and I got cut by a branch. Then we ate pork and some other stuff. After that, we went to go and swim. Finally, we got changed and we went home.

Yesterday, my little brother and I were playing and then we went to our room. I played with my big brother and I had fun. We played a game that we made up. It was called Over and Under. Someone had to go on top and grab a pillow. The other person had to go under and try to grab the person.
I felt shocked cause my brother scared me. It was so much fun playing it with my brothers.

Today at immersion assembly Mr Jacobsen and Mrs Nua had to decorate Mr Burt and well they were doing that we had to show our item 1 did they split the picture and then when they finish they put it Together and it was a lion team 2 they did drawing there important in there life.Team 3 they painted on them self to paint the paper.Team 4 they had a competence at drawing Mr Moran and the winner was Mrs Sio. Team 5 they did Mr Wiseman and the other teachers are acting and they have school and then they had to hold up photos that have Different pictures then at the end Mr Wiseman rips the paper.

Designing a sport

Designing a sport - writing 2


WALT organise and sequence our ideas.
WALT seek feedback and make changes to our writing.

Your task: Last week, you designed your own sport using the instructions from the youtube video. This week, you are going to design ANY sport you would like using ANY equipment you wish to use! Try to think of equipment which you know we have at school. Once you have designed and written the rules/instructions for playing your sport, you will be making an instructional video to go with your rules.

Use our word bank and word walls in the class to help you with words to use in your writing.

Write
Equipment:
What materials/things do you need for your sport?
Racket, tennis ball, volleyball net,
Setting:
Where can your game be played?
On the concrete or in the breeze
Players:
How many players are needed? How many teams are there?
Split the whole class in half if there is uneven numbers then the extra people have to sit down and wait until someone in the teams is out.
Competition/ Cooperation:
Explain how the players have to cooperate. Explain how the players compete.
By helping each other and taking turns
Instructions:
Explain the rules of your game so that someone else could know how to play it.
If someone keeps hitting the ball and doesn’t share they have to sit out for 5 minutes
If someone hits it too high they have to swap with the other person
Objective/ Goal:
What is the goal of your game? How do players win?
You win a point if you hit the ball and the other person misses the ball, then the other team gets a point.
The team with the most points after 1 hour,wins the game.

This week in maths I worked with Mia, Antzel and Tori to solve this question:


This is our working. We had to draw a probability tree to find how many combinations we could make. I think the trees look like chicken feet. This helps me to remember what strategy to use. I was proud of myself as I sat with my group and I shared my ideas. Next week I want to get better at sharing my thinking.

Picking up her pace she realised i was within touching distance of with her lamb.she let out a loud low bleat which echoed around the paddock. The sleeping lifted it head and turned towards us before slowly returning to it sleep. As the sheep

Turn and run i began to panic was she going to attack me? Holding my breath i froze i sigh as the sheep as the sheep dodged me and ran protectively towards it’s lamb. Phew that was a close call.

Once there were to detectives there name were Steve and Jonathan and Dave is the robber. The two detectives ran to the robbers house and knocked on the door and while the robber was putting the money away. Steve and Jonathan held up a picture of his nice friend. Than the robber went to the door and saw the picture through the peephole. He thought that was his best friend then he put his gun in his pocket then he opened the door
then he got busted. When he got busted he was ashamed of himself.

movie narrative

One day victor the villain was sitting at home scratching his head. He didn't know what to do so he said in his mind he should rob the bank. 

The next day he put on a mask when he got to the bank then he blew up the bank and stole the safe then he ran to a field.
He was shooting back at the jerry and me and mel then he went to the beach and buried the safe.
Then Jerry shot his leg. He fell and crawled. Then he died and then he became a zombie then the virus was spreading around the world then it was just me and jerry and mel we grabbed some weapons.


We saw the zombies running to me and jerry and mel we started to shoot and there were lots of them on the feld we ran to a random house we saw a sniper on the floor and i told mel to get the sniper then he grabbed it and started to shoot out the window while he was shooting out the window me and Mel were shooting at them when they were coming through the door then more came and we jumped out of the window when all of the zombies went in the house we were running then we saw more people they were my friends there name is Antzel and Kahurangi and Joseph we all ran to the safe zone.


We were looting the houses and we saw people dead and then we saw more zombies then we shoot them we ran away and we saw a big massive zombie we saw a rpg then we shoot the big massive Zombie.


Then it died from the rpg then i went to the helicopter then we dropped a nuke it blow up half of the earth then it was all over THE END.

Imaginative Recount: Riding on a Water Jet Pack

Last Friday I went rode on a water jet pack over the Pacific Ocean. And when I turned on the water jet pack and I went flying into the air. Then my water jet pack ran out of fuel. The water stopped then I fell into the ocean. I swam to the beach and got out of the water and went home. Then the next day I went in the water and turned on the water jet pack. It worked again. Then I went home and told my mum that it worked and I never did it again.

immersion assembly term 2


Term 2 on monday I arrived in the hall. We were watching all of the team show it was so cool i like team 3 and team 4 they are the best mosley mrs west and mrs moala. .Team 5 done tug of war.Team 2 tried to move the massive boulder. They tried to push the boulder It didn't work then they used a lever then the teachers jumped on it then it Went flying in the air. Our immersion assembly is about Force And motion I want to learn How to make to a plane.

Last Friday we had to do fia fia again  because last time we had fia fia it was raining. I used an umbrella. Fia fia was so long! I was tired when it was finished. I was in the Tongan Boys group. It was fun. I got lots of sleep for the holidays.

Camp 2018




Last week i went to camp outside near the office on the field. We all got inside the big tent. Then Mr Goodwin tells as when to go. First we went to cyclo ball and then we went to the hall to play free time. I was playing on the skateboard. Then it was night time. On Friday we went to the pools. Then when we got on the bus then we got off the bus and there were Some went to the main pool and some went to the bombing pool i thought i was about to drown in the pools but mrs parrent saved me then we got out of the pools then we went back to camp and we went home i had a long sleep.

Osa and Antzel




Today was meant to be the day of the picnic sadly, it was raining today meant we couldn't go miss west had to pack her hat sun block and towel. Hopefully we well get to go to the picnic later in the term as it is good to go swimming and enjoy the sun at own beach!

Today we had to do a dictation race. I had to type and Antzel had to run to the TV and look what Mrs West typed on the TV we had to type it fast so we can win a chocolate.

BigFoot



It was a great day, Me and Caleb and Siosua were walking in the Forest but then there was a monster name bigfoot. He jumpscared us from behind the bush,then he was chasing us to eat us. Caleb got a rock and throw it at him, he got angry and then we ran away fast, i saw a pipe then I told everyone to run across. then bigfoot got hit by the pipe we ran home safely. The day after that day i was good that i made it home on monday we went through the forest again then we could see the big foot. And then i touched him then he got up then it ran then it got shot from a hunter then we ran as fast as we can but the hunter got his gun out then we got some rocks and start throwing the rock at him he ran back then we made sure he ran away then we got home and stayed home.
